Payment Refund Policy
Here, at CMA (Complete My Assignment), we believe in delivering excellence in every aspect of the services that we provide. At times, we believe an error might occur where we fail to meet your expectations and requirements.
In such a case, if you are not satisfied with our work and services, we are ready to initiate a refund against your payment. Just go through our details about the refund policy.
Before you initiate a refund, we would like you to go through the following points very carefully:
- In case, a client is not satisfied with our work even after five offered revisions, then we will encourage the client to file a refund by communicating with our customer care executives. Then, it becomes our responsibility to:
- Provide the client with a different experienced assignment writer in order to meet the requirements and accomplish your project successfully.
- Or, to provide a refund of your paid amount.
- In case if you are charged twice by credit card accidentally, Complete My Assignment will be liable to return your amount charged mistakenly.
- In case, the paper quality is poor.
- If we fail to meet the given deadline.
- In case, if the client fails to inform us before proceeding and communicating to a third party, this will be taken as a breach of contract.
Note: If you wish to file a return, then the refund request can only be entertained within three days of the work delivery. The Quality Assurance team at CMA completely holds right to make a final decision regarding an initiate of refund by keeping all the evidence at consideration.
