In such a case, if you are not satisfied with our work and services, we are ready to initiate a refund against your payment. Just go through our details about the refund policy.


Before you initiate a refund, we would like you to go through the following points very carefully:


  • In case, a client is not satisfied with our work even after five offered revisions, then we will encourage the client to file a refund by communicating with our customer care executives. Then, it becomes our responsibility to:


  • Provide the client with a different experienced assignment writer in order to meet the requirements and accomplish your project successfully.


  • Or, to provide a refund of your paid amount.


  • In case if you are charged twice by credit card accidentally, Complete My Assignment will be liable to return your amount charged mistakenly.


  • In case, the paper quality is poor.


  • If we fail to meet the given deadline.


  • In case, if the client fails to inform us before proceeding and communicating to a third party, this will be taken as a breach of contract.


Note: If you wish to file a return, then the refund request can only be entertained within three days of the work delivery. The Quality Assurance team at CMA completely holds right to make a final decision regarding an initiate of refund by keeping all the evidence at consideration.
